My cool weekend

In the weekend I went to the driving range with Cory. At the driving range we got to hit one hundred golf balls. I went first. We got to hit 3 balls each. I hit one really far and then I missed the next one I kept on trying to hit it and then I hit it really far. Then it was Cory’s turn. He missed at first and then he hit it as far as I hit it. After Cory hit his three balls it was my brother Riley’s turn. At first he missed and then he hit one a long distance for his age. After Riley hit his three balls it was my Dad’s turn. My Dad is a really good golfer! He can hit it 220 metres. When he hit his first shot Cory, Riley and I all said, “Whoooooooooooooo!” He hit it 220 metres! Wow that’s a long way! Then it was back to my turn. It kept on going and going and going until there was one last ball standing! My Dad hit it! We all said, “Jake!” The next day I was going to have a soccer tournament at Clendon but the council cancelled it. “What a nuisance,” I said! So after that we went to my Nans for breakfast… we had French toast, yummy bacon and grilled banana! After we had breakfast at Nan’s I had to go to Jo’s party. He’s a Year Three kid.

The party was at Laser Strike and Bowling. After the party  my brother and I went outside and played soccer in my soccer goal. After that I was so tired I nearly fell asleep on the couch!
