Aleisha’s Hamilton Winter Swim Meet
On Thursday the 21st of July my Mum, sister and I went to Hamilton. We went to Hamilton for my swimming competition. First we were shown our room.
Once we had looked around our room, my Mum, sister and I found our way to the 50m. Pool where I was going to race. There were two different hydro slides. When I saw them I wanted to go straight on them. They were extreme fun. Next I practised swimming in the 50m. Pool.
The next day we woke up at 5 am to go to the race pool for my races. The races were 50m. Freestyle, 200m. Breaststroke, 100m. Backstroke, 100m. Freestyle and 50m. Breaststroke. These were put into two sessions. Two of them were in session 2. The rest were in session 1.
The next day was Saturday. I had my final race. It was 100m. Breast- stroke. After my last race in Hamilton we went to the Hamilton zoo. We saw lots and lots of animals. It was heaps of extreme FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow! Those hydroslides must have been fun. Great job at swimming all the different strokes, Aleisha.
